All ambient scenting subscriptions and equipment leases are governed by the specific terms detailed within your signed D'FUSE Partnership Program Agreement. Standalone units and ducted HVAC equipment remain the proprietary property of Ayzian Global Private Limited unless explicitly purchased.
Where bespoke signature scent formulation is contracted, D'FUSE guarantees exclusive territory and industry reservation for the duration of the active agreement.
Clients agree to permit scheduled access for our certified technicians to inspect and refill equipment. Disassembly or tampering with micro-nebulization units by unauthorized personnel voids warranty and maintenance coverage.
